Agree with Yogi on the Copper Spur, mainly for the weight savings and
headroom for two. Here is a pretty nice comparison of 3 tents on the
hikeitlikeit web site.

For what it's worth, I just completed a ~7800 mile bike tour using a one
person MSR Hubba. Probably overkill for most of the PCT but it held up
GREAT in several monumentally crazy rainstorms. I would carry it in WA on
the PCT.
