There was a vertical pipe with a faucet on it just west of the table and south of the trail (on your right going north). If the new owners left the table, they probably left the faucet as well.

Note to all hikers:  MIND YOUR MANNERS. KEEP THE NOISE DOWN. PACK OUT TRASH. We don't want to lose this valuable resource, especially the water!
