For alcohol stoves, the wording is actually a little stronger than
"reconsider".  The PCTA is warning that alcohol stoves will be *illegal* to
use in some places this year.  They weren't specific about exactly where,
yet.  2014 is looking like a great year to go stoveless or invest in a
gas-canister stove.
