The fact that some of this years hikers want to shrug off the dangers of this year is worrisome. This is looking to be a hard year for hiking...........meaning carry extra water. Is that so hard to hear? If a late winter snow comes through, then yippee !! But it will melt in no time at all in this warm weather pattern.
