[pct-l] Mountain Fire - Eastern Bypass?

Hello, 
I am the chief instigator- inciting rebellion on the PCT list serve. I propose that there is a route that is possible,
to hike as a thru hiker hikes, around the big mountain, otherwise known as Jacinto!!! I know it is not popular, nor practical, 
to some on the board, but it is enjoyable, and doable, so I will continue to advocate for it, as a sensible reroute alternative. 
I know it’s blasphemy. I will not flinch if I am hanged for my position. I really could care less how anyone hikes, 
especially in the Jacinto region. Really!!! I don’t care. I rode the tram up Jacinto in 1990, and now- 2014, it’s a possibility that I might do so again??? 
I should somehow be delirious, or poisoned against the idea? OK- slap my butt and call me Red! 
I think there are trails hugging the mountain that are not being shown. Will I do the homework... and show you the way? 
No, I’m going to walk which ever way I feel like walking, when the mood strikes me, and I hope others will do the same. Go forth and blaze.
