I sent my 2013 reload to the Belden Town Resort, worked great. 
I was able to pick it up on a Saturday, and have two beers, burger and fries. 
I've heard the cost is $25, but they didn't charge me. They only accept
UPS packages, call for their address.

here. Saw that it closed early in 2013.
