This is my first post, too. :) Have you read Malto's trail journal?

He did it in 99 days. The journal has great info on preparation, gear,
nutrition, and some helpful post-hike reflections. It's a good read all the
way through. I don't recall whether it has details on his itinerary and
resupply locations, but the entries give you a good sense of his
pace/schedule and at the end he gives data such as average daily miles for
each section of the trail.
