[pct-l] mechanical clearing of trail

As far as I know we don't need cerification.
We are pretty much doing 1/2 mile =/- with two saws and 3-4 folks swamping. We get pretty wide on the uphill side sometimes as things have not been brushed for many years.  
All our work is south of Snoqualmie Pass in the clearcuts
