I am kinda glad this came up.  Topic seems to be repeated every single year abut this time and reminds me to clean the gutters and put the lawn furniture away.  Would have been better before last weeks storms but better late than never.

Has anyone tracked how many years in a row we have had this exact same conversation.    I think I have been here since 2007-2008 and we have not missed a year yet.
