There has been some discussions regarding using the store vs the park office.  Some comments suggest folks can be rude or impolite at the store.  

You might read a thread listed here under March 2013 titled "Resupply at Burney Falls State Park".

Used to be one would send resupplies to the Camp Ground Store at McArthur Burney Falls Memorial State Park.

Note: Make sure you get the right phone and address as there is also a Burney Falls General and camp ground store down the road a piece in Burney CA.  Not right off the trail like the State Park
