[pct-l] Goat Rocks/Cispus Basin trail conditions

Just a heads up -
There was quite the convergence of storm cells over the Goat Rocks Wilderness a couple days ago, that included thunder, lightning and heavy rain.  A section of trail just immediately south of Cispus Pass where it crosses the Yakama Reservation for a short distance suffered a washout.  Hikers are making it across using caution, but it appears that the ground is way too unstable for stock.
