Bob Riess reported that there were 49 names in the border register for the
day of April 15th.  They would have gone through Scissors Crossing 3-5 days
ago.  By the end of day on the 16th, Bob said there were over 400 total for
the year and that's only the middle of April.  So yeah, pretty much.
