[pct-l] Mailing regional flat rate to Kennedy Meadows

Hi all,

I'm preparing a resupply box that will be heading to Kennedy Meadows and have been advised to send it 2-3 weeks before I'd like it to arrive.  Is that a reasonable amount of time for a regional flat rate box?  I just don't want to send it too early and have it go over the 2-week holding period (assuming that applies at KM).
