[pct-l] Final Push for Trail Maintenance

I'd come except the North350Blades have a pretty full Fall schedule. So I'll be doing that here in Washington

All that remains is the section in the Feather River District of Plumas National Forest.  We'd like to log out the final 25 miles and some 140+ trees that remain on the trail.
