[pct-l] 2013 PCT Hiker Register - Wapinitia Pass/Hwy 26, Oregon

Updates from the Oregon Wapinitia Pass/Hwy 26 trail register are posted at
the link below - 218x confirmed Thru 207x NOBO, 5x SOBO, 6x FF), 114x
Section and 279x day/short leg/unknown hikers this year. This is a 21%
increase (vs 180) in thru hikers passing by this point compared to last
year.

The register was taken in for the year at 7 pm on Oct 1. Though it is very
nice in the Cascades now, the fall rains started early in Oregon and there
is now snow in Washington. It has been about a week since the last thru
hiker. This will be the last update for the season.
