[pct-l] break strategies, now sleeping bags

Nunatak ARc Alpinist Quilt - 22 oz.  Rated to 20 degrees.  this is 
accurate for me - I'm a warm sleeper.  I've had it for 10 years and 150+ 
nights, and it still has loft.  It's NEVER been in a stuff sack.  It 
lives in a plastic garbage bag and is always the last thing to go into 
the pack.  I too wear sleeping clothes, including sleep socks...  It's 
not "too" dirty...
