[pct-l] Fuel Along the PCT - update

Below is a PCT fuel list from Paul Bodnar/Tangent posted on pct-l April 30/13 for his 2012 thruhike.
 
If you can update any part of this list, please do so and I will post the updated list.  I’m also going to ask the same on PCT class of 2013.  
It would be great to have an updated list. Yogi's list is excellent but only covers alcohol.

Please don't count on the hiker box for your resupply.  The Muir Ranch has also sold a limited amount of hiking type supplies including canister fuel to hikers in the past. Remember supplies here are limited and vary from day due to day the infrequent stocking of supplies and isolated location.
