[pct-l] Seismic Information Statement

The big thrill today, next to the insane heat. I felt it while I was  
waiting at a traffic light on my Vespa. I guess the epicenter was  
right off shore near where I work at UCSB. I doubt any PCT hikers  
felt it. It would be cool if they did, though.
