[pct-l] Camping on Whitney

I would be supportive of banning everybody from climbing the  
mountain. After stupid people set my local backcountry on fire yet  
again, I'm pretty certain that people just do not belong anywhere  
that it is easy to do something stupid and ruin it for everybody.
