[pct-l] transportation from Echo Lake

Most of the big boys,  Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise will always rent you a car one way.  The only issue is that they will usually charge you an additional fee.  Sometimes this fee can exceed the rental itself.  I believe that Hertz is usually around 75.00 just for the one way up charge
