[pct-l] Camping on mt Whitney

I acknowledge that even with the best Planning some things can go wrong.
after hiking the trail last year when I got to Mount Whitney it was almost
completely clear all day and all night .  The weather will obviously play a
very big factor in my decisions.  There is always a risk of something going
wrong but to have the experience of waking up on top of Mount Whitney I am
willing to give it a try if all the factors I can control line up correctly.
