[pct-l] Just got a memo from the forest service

I just got a memo that the Los Padres National forest is putting a  
campfire and stove ban in effect tomorrow. No fires or stoves or even  
smoking is allowed except in "designated campfire use sites". That  
means not even your Jetboil is legit. It is likely other forests near  
the PCT in So Cal will do the same, but I do not know if they have or  
will.
