[pct-l] Crater Lake North entrance is open (nosirreeb)

This is an exceptionally early opening. Most years it doesn't open until
late June or even early July. All trails, including the PCT are still snow
covered and closed, but I expect the PCT will be clear earlier than usual
this year, as well.

Wow! This is really early - can't count how many times we've been at Crater
Lake in mid-late June and the ground is still covered with snow...wonder
how the water situation will go throughout Oregon this season (and fires -
please be extra careful out there!)?
