[pct-l] Sleep Aids

Frangelico (1/2 oz.) is my night cap in a cup of hot water, tea or instant
decaf  coffee when I need to unwind, and fall asleep yet wake up if
necessary and not be groggy. It also relaxes my hiking legs. Yes, I'm a
light weight.
