[pct-l] Swarthout Canyon Water Cache

I have been maintaining this cache now for 2 years and someone besides the
hikers now knows about it.  I am having trouble keeping water in it
(presently do have 19 gallons).  If I buy new gallons of water, the sealed
bottles disappear that day, the refilled ones stay so there is always going
to be water since I check it once or twice a day.  I also like to leave
extra snacks to give you hikers a few more calories, but they are taking
those too. I put a gallon jar full of Clif bars there, (the jar being
faithfully used at home for 30 years because it had cute mice all over it,
lol) and that is gone also.  Put 36 cans of energy drinks in there this
morning when replacing water, and guess what?  An empty shelf, not a used
can in sight an hour ago.  Love you hikers, disappointed in the people that
do not know or care what this is for.
