I live in Japan and plan to thru-hike PCT this year. I have already visitor's permit from PCTA.  
I would like to ask you to borrow the bear canister from your program.

Reason....
  Before I read your loan program I plan to buy bear canister at REI shop.
  Now I ask you to borrow it from your program.
  The 1st reason is that when I go back to Japan after finishing PCT,I must throw away the newly bought canister as garbage
  inside of the U.S.. This is against our ecology society system and also stupid action and "mottainai" !!.
  The 2nd reason is that I want to save the money.
