You can walk from your home in Carpinteria to the PCT itself, just
sayin' ;)
Diane (from Santa Barbara who actually did walk from Romero Trail to
Interstate 5 at Pyramid Lake where I had hidden a bicycle to take me
to Hikertown and the PCT.)
