With too many people not going thru the correct  procedures to get their 
Dogs properly certified, some jurisdictions require  that certification 
documents be carried with you. Some jurisdictions may  require that the dog be 
muzzled and/or on a leash at all times. I am sure that  not all  States,Towns, 
Counties, Parks (State and Federal) and local  Jurisdictions have the same 
rules and regulations for Service  Dogs.
 
Unless you like hassles, you will need to do a lot of  research.
