[pct-l] ADZPCTKO Campsites full policy

It seems to me the major problem facing the campground administration and the organizers of the ADZPCTKO is that the restroom facilities just will not hand more people. 
If we hikers camp close to the KO and walk in are we still going to be using the restrooms and still be adding too much pressure on the drain fields?? 
How about bringing in porta-pottys to lighten the load?
That's an added expense I realize.....
