[pct-l] Cal Sec D Islip to Soledad

The temperature during the normal thru-hiker's schedule is quite  
pleasant for this section. The two years I hiked in the area, I was  
there around Memorial Day and experienced a 3-day snow storm one year  
and cold rain and wind another year. When the sun was out it was  
comfortable and pleasant. No need to feel desperate.
