[pct-l] Shipping boxes to PO offices

So me and my girlfriend are packing some of the resupply boxes she is going
to be sending me and we are curious what exactly to write on the box. We're
using Yogi's guide. So the first box is for Mt. Laguna, do we write just
write my name, the PO # for Mt Laguna, and then Mt Laguna, CA 91948? We
just want these to be fool proof so they don't end up lost or rejected!
Also is it acceptable to write our eta on all the boxes?
