[pct-l] Beginner experience level

If it was me I'd go for it.  No time like the present.  There are a few
very inexperienced hikers that do a thru every year.

If you are heading NOBO and leaving near kick off you are better off not
finding a partner before the hike.  It is too easy to find one on the hike
that will be more compatible.  Besides you may find you want some alone
time.  Also you can mix up who you hike with on the trail.

BTW, If I could I'd be thru hiking this year.  And next, and next ...

Read this form, keep you pack weight down to something reasonable (not 40+
lbs), get in some hikes to toughen the feet if you can, get the water
report right before you leave, and have fun.....

Its an adventure that can change your life.  Don't let fear get in your way.
