[pct-l] Stehekin Post Office

Last year the USPS had a list of Post Offices which were in jeopardy of
closing due to budget constraints.  Some of the PCT Post Offices were on
that list:  Stehekin, Old Station, and maybe Castella. Those Post Offices
are all still open.
