[pct-l] Stevens Pass to Manning

I am hiking with a friend from Rainy Pass down to Stevens Pass starting around Aug 19th.  But if past experience is any indication, you will not be truly alon on your hike.  Being a south bounder over the past few years, I seldom pass less than a dozen folks a day heading north, whether thru hikers or section hikers.
