[pct-l] Ebbetts Pass stop change possible

I had previously posted that I would be set up for feeding hikers at
Ebbetts Pass this week Tuesday through Friday.  Weather conditions Tuesday
may or may not allow setup at Ebbetts Pass (mile 1050) - if setup is not
practical, I will divert to Echo Lake or to Sonora Pass to offer shuttles.
 Apologies to any I might miss at Highway 4.

No change for Wed, Thursday, Friday.
