[pct-l] Fire

I live in Beaumont, CA and can see the east end of the San Gorgonio
mountains.
A large fire has been burning north  eastward in this area since about noon
today.
My guess is that the Forest Service will or perhaps already has closed the
PCT
from Highway 10 at Cabazon  to Big Bear Lake  It is about 8 pm and I can
stand in
my back yard looking north east  There are huge clouds of pink/brownish
smoke
filling the sky.  I grew up in the San Gorgonio pass area and do not
remember any recent
fires in this area.
