[pct-l] ] Thru numbers

As a 2013 section hiker (Campo to KM) I can not comprehend how people can
abuse the generosity of trail angels. But, they clearly do. Somehow I
think the hard costs should be shared by all. The trail angel aspects of
"time" are enough for trail angels to bear, but not the "hard costs' of the
water and the occasional apple or beer. The PCTA could get involved, charge
more for permits? Just a thought.
