[pct-l] REI changes return policy to return before 1 year

Well, we all have to deal with people like that all the time, but frankly, just seeing it put into words like that makes me feel like I need a shower. People with that attitude (and the professors who taught them) make me ill. I will continue to do the right thing where REI and their more than generous policies are concerned.
