[pct-l] Toes numb

This seams to be a frequent occurrence among hikers, I've had it many times.  When I get toe numbness I don't change anything, just keep going.  I've had the numbness last for days to weeks.  When I did the PCT NOBO I noted toe numbness after the Sierra section (feet in snow and ice water for 10 days), and it lasted until a week or two after I finished the trail.
