sit in cold water for 10-15 minutes, or shower the area with cold water...until it sort of
becomes numb...that will help soothe the chafe, remove the heat, and reduce the
irritation...repeat as needed for a few times to treat the existing chafe...I use a tube of
anti-bacterial cream...Neosporin, a-d ointment, whatever....it will take a few days but this
usually helps and provides some lubrication as you hike...but the cold water works wonders...

diaper rash cream , has this helped you or is there something better to use?

According to custom, in the future we shall call this kind of march a tardeada , which is
practiced when it is not possible to accomplish the whole of it in one day.
