[pct-l] Echo Lake to I-80

Ned and I just finished this section...some blowdowns and still a lot of snow covered trail. Section hikers...be careful! If I had not been with Ned, I would not have made it through...I was glad to have my whippet and crampons at the ready, as well as Ned's infinite wisdom. Make sure you know the stuff you're heading into...Yes it was a low pack year and its been getting warm but not everything is puppies and rainbows out there quite yet.
