I'm starting north on PCT from Stevens Pass 2 Aug. Anyone know of recent reports on trail conditions between Stevens Pass and Stehekin? Might there still be enough snow in exposed steep places on north slopes to warrant carrying an ice axe for safety? Thanks for any info. - Blue Feather
