[pct-l] Section Q & R water & trail conditions

It's kinda dry this year, but you will find plenty of water if you have 
Halfmiles, Databook, PCT Guidebook info with you. Their info should be 95% 
true.  I would expect the section from Seiad Valley to Ashland will be the 
dryer section. Plan to bring extra water capacity, and know where your water 
sources will be before you arrive.

Does anyone have any information about Etna summit to Ashland?  Planning to 
start tomorrow 7/16, so if you know anything, please respond!  Thanks much.
