Brett: I had a friend mail me canisters in a box labelled as you said in your post. I provided him a copy of the postal regulations to show the clerk if there was any questions. He did have to show them to the clerk, but then the box was mailed no problem, Some clerks are not familiar with the rules for mailing that kind of material. --Fireweed
