[pct-l] A more user-friendly PCT-L?

Sorry if I'm reintroducing some old and much hashed over issue but ...
I find the PCT-L email really hard to read.  Other group fora I
participate in (yahoo groups; google groups) allow me to zoom down to
the messages I want to read without having to scroll down.  Am I
missing a link to somewhere else where I can do this?  Any advice from
experienced folks?  Has the owner of PCT-L considered turning this
into a yahoo group (like the JMT group)?
