The cheapest place for Tyvek is where you can get it free.  I've scored pieces at construction sites and at Lowe's, where large pieces are used to cover building materials shi pped to the local store, then thrown out back as trash.

Somebody asked the other day about where to purchase Tyvek. Try George at 
Anti Gravity Gear. He sells it by the foot (x 9 ft wide I think) and ships 
it  economically.
