[pct-l] Good News & Bad News

Hy gang,
Year to date, Mammoth Mountain has already received 239' of snow which 
is substantially
above average and way above last year, so it looks like this will be 
another high snow year.
That of course is good news for "Ski Bums" like me but bad news for 
"Hiker Trash" like you.

That, of course, means it is time to hang up my pack, dig out my skis 
and had out into the
white yonder.
Yes,  "Sierra"  has a hold on me,...she calls me in the summer,...she 
calls me in the winter
.....she calls me all year long.

I am weak,...I am spineless,....I can not resist her call.

You may not hear from me for a long time, or you may never hear from me 
again.
That of course is good news for the guys, but bad news for the girls.
To all my scrumpious little ones I say...."sleep tight,...don't let the 
bed bugs bite,...and dream
of me and only me tonigh.......DOWN  BOYS....DOWN  BOYS.......I am 
talking to the girls.

Well, got to go now.....my rowdy ski bum buddies are here and anxious to 
head for the mountains.
Hope to see you all on the trail some day....or on the slope.
