[pct-l] Sawyer Squeeze water filtration system

New Platypus bladders leak. Wine bladders sold for cruises also leak. The
thread pitch is wrong. Evernew bladders seal tight, but are usually out of
stock. Anything with the full height soda bottle threads will seal
correctly. This includes Lipton Green Tea 1.5 liter bottles. Iirc,
replacement Sawyer bladders are sold in a 3 pack for roughly $5 at REI, but
I've never checked myself.

I cut off the bottle of a 1 liter water bottle to use as a cup to scoop up
water and fill my bladder. I like Smartwater bottles.

The Squeeze weighs slightly more than full full-size Aqua Mira, but is
ready to drink almost instantly. I can't express how much that's
appreciated when arriving at a water source thirsty. The only downside for
me is that because it's a filter, it must never be allowed to freeze.
