[pct-l] Android phones and Maps and Hammocking

Looks like I am using a map from MyTopo.com, although there are several other topo maps that are available. I do not believe the app comes with any maps automatically loaded, although I could easily have missed something. I cache them ahead of time by going to the resolution I want and then following the track I intend to take, sometimes repeating a couple of times for different resolutions.

Hi Ed,
I loaded the halfmile waypoints per the Backcountry instructions. I have them on my Droid X but no map. What map did you use?
Thanks
Bigfoot Jim
