[pct-l] Permits

I'm only going from Campo to Big Bear 

I've read that I need permits for Hauser and San Jacinto.   

I have a disability pass for the national parks, but what else will I need.   I'm not finding the right places to search for papers.  

It's easy enough to carry the fire one but can't see to find others.
